Provide Education is recruiting two Teaching Assistants to join a friendly and inclusive secondary school in North Sheffield from September. These are long-term, full-time positions with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right candidates.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), SEN Teaching Assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, graduates, or anyone with transferable experience working with young people.

The RoleAs a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Provide one-to-one and small group intervention
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Support students with additional learning needs where required
• Encourage positive behaviour and student engagement
• Help create a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

RequirementsTo be considered for this Secondary Teaching Assistant role, you should:

• Have experience working with children or young people
• Be confident supporting students within a secondary school environment
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one through Provide Education
• Hold a full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
