We are working with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Brackley that is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working closely with children and is committed to helping pupils overcome barriers and achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support to a variety of pupils across Key Stage 2, working with children who have a range of learning, social, emotional, and additional needs. You will play an important role in helping pupils access the curriculum, develop confidence, and engage positively with their education. Working alongside class teachers, the SENDCo, and the wider school team, you will provide tailored support to meet individual pupil needs while contributing to a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
