Introduction
Our client is seeking a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a well-established practice in Wrexham. This practice is dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable care to pets and pet owners in North Wales. The diverse caseload ensures that no two days are the same, allowing veterinary nurses to utilise a full range of their skills. The clinic is supported by a 24/7 site in Shrewsbury, ensuring continuous care for all patients.
The Role
This is a suitable opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified Registered Veterinary Nurses. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team, contributing to a collaborative environment that values every individual's contribution. The practice operates without hierarchy, fostering a culture of clinical excellence.
The Wrexham clinic boasts four consulting rooms and two fully equipped theatres, designed to provide the highest standard of care. Separate dog and cat wards are in place to ensure a stress-free environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities
Performing a wide range of veterinary nursing duties.
Assisting veterinary surgeons in consultations and surgical procedures.
Providing high-quality patient care, including monitoring and post-operative support.
Contributing to the overall smooth running of the clinic.
Maintaining accurate patient records.

Salary: Up to £32,800 DOE
Working Hours: 40 hours a week over 4 days.
Weekend Rota: 1 in 6 Saturdays (8:30-18:30hrs) with Time Off In Lieu (TOIL).
