This role offers a diverse caseload, allowing your nursing skills to truly shine.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a 24-hour facility committed to providing exceptional patient care. This practice boasts two theatre suites (one for advanced surgeries), a dental suite, and separate wards for dogs and cats, reflecting a strong commitment to feline-friendly care. There are five consulting rooms to accommodate a varied caseload, including both soft tissue and orthopaedic cases. You will work alongside an advanced clinical team, which includes surgical certificate holders, in a supportive and inclusive culture that values each individual's contribution. The practice operates without hierarchy, fostering an environment where every team member contributes to shared clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality nursing care to a diverse caseload of small animals.

• Assisting veterinary surgeons in surgical procedures, including advanced surgeries.

• Monitoring anaesthesia and providing post-operative care.

• Utilising diagnostic equipment and performing laboratory tests.

• Educating pet owners on animal health and welfare.

• Contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
