We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Site Manager to supervise specialist sub-contractors installing equipment and machinery within a food factory environment. The role requires effective management of on-site activities during night hours to ensure smooth installation progress, compliance with health and safety standards, and coordination between teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing subcontractor performance, maintaining site safety, and ensuring timely completion of works over a 4 to 5-week period. This position is paid exclusively via an Umbrella scheme, with no CIS payments allowed.Key Responsibilities

Supervise specialist subcontractors installing equipment and machinery during night shiftsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and site rulesCoordinate site activities to maintain programme and quality standardsConduct site inductions and toolbox talks as requiredMaintain accurate site records and report progress to managementManage site logistics and welfare provisions during night hoursIdentify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays
