Junior Commercial Finance Business Partner, OGBL

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will support the financial planning and analysis processes, working closely with various departments to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities. You will also collaborate with operational teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance overall financial performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. You should have a solid understanding of financial principles, along with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, and prior experience in a finance or business partnering role is preferred.
