Deputy Cleaning Supervisor/ Reception Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Deputy Cleaning Supervisor/Reception Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations while also managing the front desk reception area. Your primary duties will include ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met across all facilities, supervising cleaning staff, and providing training and support to new team members. You will be tasked with conducting regular inspections, addressing any maintenance issues, and ensuring that cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and organized.

In addition to your cleaning supervision responsibilities, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times. This includes managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized reception area and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A background in cleaning operations and customer service is preferred, along with the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
