As an Optical Assistant, you'll play a key role in providing an outstanding patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and delivering excellent customer service.

• Assisting customers in choosing frames and lenses to suit their lifestyle and budget.

• Carrying out pre-screening tests and supporting the optometrist.

• Adjusting, fitting, and repairing spectacles.

• Managing appointments and handling patient enquiries.
