Accounting Analyst

Jackson Hogg is delighted to be partnering with a global organisation on the appointment of an Accounting Analyst.

This opportunity sits within a collaborative finance team, supporting the accuracy of project, staff and cost data across multiple regions. The role would suit someone with experience in a shared services, reconciliation or transactional finance environment who enjoys working with systems, data and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finance mailbox, handling queries and building relationships with internal stakeholders
• Manage timesheet system
• Maintain project, staff and cost data across finance systems
• Process journals and timesheet amendments
• Complete monthly reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Support project costing activities and reporting requirements
• Assist with system enhancements and process improvements

About You

• Previous experience within Finance Shared Services, Cost Accounting or a similar finance environment
• Strong attention to detail and transactional processing skills
• Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle, JDE or similar
• Organised, customer-focused and able to work to deadlines
• Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
