Job Description



Support end-to-end delivery of digital and strategic initiatives under PMO governance.
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality in a hands-on manner.
Coordinate with business sponsors, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure execution success.
Prepare project updates, financial tracking, and risk reports for senior management forums.
Identify project risks early, recommend mitigation actions, and escalate when required.
Drive change management activities to ensure transparent and controlled delivery.
Enable smooth cross-functional communication across business, IT, risk, and finance teams.






The Successful Applicant



5-8 years of experience in project management across the Insurance industry
Exposure to digital or technology-driven initiatives within financial services preferred.
Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts and project governance frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with attention to delivery quality.
Fluency in English and Cantonese
