Sustainability Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sustainability Manager to lead our sustainability initiatives and drive the integration of sustainable practices across our operations. In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aimed at reducing our environmental impact and enhancing our corporate social responsibility. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that sustainability goals are aligned with overall business objectives, while also engaging with external stakeholders to promote transparency and accountability in our sustainability efforts.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting sustainability assessments, analyzing data, and generating reports to track progress toward sustainability goals. You will lead projects focused on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable sourcing, while also providing training and support to staff at all levels. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends and regulations related to sustainability, ensuring compliance and positioning the organization as a leader in corporate sustainability practices.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability management or a similar role. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving change in an organizational setting are essential.
