Security Mobile Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Security Mobile Team Leader to oversee and manage a dynamic team of security personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of various properties by coordinating mobile patrols, responding to incidents, and implementing security protocols. You will lead and motivate your team, providing guidance and support while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Key responsibilities include conducting regular inspections of security personnel, identifying areas for improvement, and developing training programs to enhance team performance. You will also be required to prepare and submit incident reports, maintain accurate records, and analyze security data to inform decision-making. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and implementing emergency response plans, ensuring that your team is well-prepared for any situation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A background in security management or law enforcement is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
