Support Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Support Retail Security Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the retail environment. Your primary duties will include monitoring the premises through CCTV, conducting regular patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to deter theft and anti-social behavior. You will also be responsible for responding to incidents, conducting investigations, and providing detailed reports on any security breaches or suspicious activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of retail security operations and have excellent observational skills. You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with staff, customers, and law enforcement as necessary. Previous experience in security or a related field would be advantageous, along with a valid SIA license. Flexibility in working hours is required, as the role may involve evenings and weekends.
