Retail Security Officer - North London

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Retail Security Officer to join our team in North London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and staff. Key responsibilities include monitoring store premises, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with all security protocols. You will also be responsible for identifying and preventing theft, fraud, and other criminal activities, as well as addressing any suspicious behavior promptly and efficiently.

In addition to surveillance duties, you will be required to engage with customers and staff to foster a welcoming atmosphere while remaining alert to potential security risks. Proper documentation of incidents and the preparation of detailed reports will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent observational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a security role is preferred, along with a valid SIA license. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential for this position.
