Agile Delivery Coach - 7229

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Coach to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring teams through the Agile transformation process, ensuring that Agile principles and practices are effectively implemented. You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance. Your expertise will help teams to enhance their delivery capabilities, adopt Agile methodologies, and achieve outstanding results.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Reviews, while also providing coaching and support to teams in their Agile journey. You will assess team maturity and provide feedback on their Agile practices, recommending tailored strategies for improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership to align Agile practices with business objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders understand and embrace the Agile mindset.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, along with proven experience in coaching and training teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships across various levels of the organization. A certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Coach (ICP-ACC), is highly desirable.
