Supervisor

Our client, a renowned tier 2 contractor in the water sector, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their team on a long-term contract in Worcester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily site operations in the water sector
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Supervising and coordinating blue-collar workers
• Managing the site schedule and ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Conducting site inspections and resolving any issues that arise
• Maintaining accurate records of site activities
• Providing strong leadership and direction to the team

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a supervisory role within the water sector
• CSCS (Gold) card
• SSSTS certification
• First Aid certification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
