We are looking for caring and compassionate Support Workers to join a specialist supported living service supporting young adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Physical Disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support and personal care.
• Promote independence and life skills.
• Support individuals with community activities and social opportunities.
• Administer medication (where trained).
• Maintain accurate records and follow support plans.
• Safeguard vulnerable adults and work as part of a team.

What We're Looking For

• Female applicant (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010).

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
• Caring, patient, and reliable nature.
• Good communication and IT skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins.
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
