About the role
Admin Officer (AO) - Clerking & Court Administration Location: Manchester - Manc Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, M60 9DJ
* Grade: AO | Role level clearance: Basic DBS (required)
* Working pattern: 37 hours, Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:00pm
* Pay: £12.86 per hour, increasing to £13.25 after 12 weeks
* Interview process: Interviews can be conducted via Teams with our client if your CV is selected
* Training: On-the-job training provided

Our Client is hiring for a reputed client in Manchester for a 7-month assignment (with a possibility of extension).
What you'll be doing:
* Clerking hearings primarily based at Manchester Civil Justice Centre (Manc CJC)
* Carrying out associated administrative tasks to support the hearing process
* Maintaining records and ensuring information is handled accurately
* Responding to enquiries and providing information to the public in person, by email, or by phone
* Occasionally supporting immigration-related administrative work
* Helping to ensure a smooth internal flow of information and supporting senior colleagues when needed
