You will provide high-quality person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs while building trusted relationships with clients and their families. Your duties will include: Supporting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing and grooming Assisting with mobility and daily living activities Supporting with medication in line with care plans Preparing meals and encouraging nutrition and hydration Undertaking light household duties, including cleaning and laundry Providing companionship and emotional support Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their local community Encouraging independence and promoting choice Maintaining accurate care records Reporting changes in clients' wellbeing to the senior team Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals About You Our client is looking for individuals who genuinely care about making a difference to people's lives.
