The Company

Based in Putney Bridge, West London, this growing events business creates one-to-one experiences that connect senior decision-makers and generate new business opportunities. It forms part of a global events group operating across multiple international markets. You’ll join a young, graduate-focused team that has grown from just four people in 2021 to more than 30, with a collaborative culture and a strong focus on training, innovation and progression.

The Role:

This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in the events world.

Whilst this role sits in the sales team, you will get a wide range of responsibilities that will allow you to get involved with running the events:

• Build new and existing relationships with key delegates – you will be reaching out via phone, email and social media
• Meet and greet the VIPs onsite at the events, making sure they are being looked after at the events
• Work closely with the event sponsors to maximise the participation of their clients
• Travel to on-site events which includes international travel
• Ensuring you are hitting and exceeding sales targets

Please note that this role is office-based during your training period. You will then get the option to work from home 2 days a week after the training period.

Must-Have

• Graduate-level candidate looking to build a career in sales.
• Confident communication skills and comfortable speaking with senior professionals.
• Motivation to work towards targets and develop commercial skills.
• A proactive, resilient approach to learning and building relationships.

Nice-to-Have

• Previous customer-facing, sales or commercial experience.
• An interest in international business, events or B2B sales.
