Graduate Consumer Insights Analyst – Turkish Speaking

The Role

As a Graduate Consumer Insights Analyst, you will work across the full research process while building a clear route towards more senior responsibility. You will explore consumer behaviour, manage research projects and translate data into useful recommendations for internationally recognised brands.

With support from experienced colleagues, you will strengthen your client communication and analytical skills while learning to use Excel, SQL, AI tools, survey platforms and social insight technology to produce richer consumer insights.

• Liaise with Turkish-speaking clients to understand research needs and campaign objectives.
• Design, programme and quality-check surveys for advertising and consumer research.
• Coordinate fieldwork and support accurate, reliable data collection.
• Analyse consumer data using statistical methods and social insight tools.
• Interpret findings and present clear, commercially useful recommendations.
• Develop SQL, Excel and AI skills to produce deeper audience insights.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Fluency in Turkish to at least C1 level.
• A 2:1 degree or above in a relevant subject, or equivalent.
• Some market research experience through work, work experience or university study.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear written and verbal communication.
• Interest in consumer behaviour, advertising and commercial decision-making.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience using SQL.
• Knowledge of another coding language and a willingness to learn SQL.
