Site Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities on-site, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing site operations, liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse workforce. A thorough understanding of construction processes and best practices is essential, along with excellent problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, with experience in scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. A relevant degree or qualification in construction management or a related field is preferred, along with a valid site management safety training scheme (SMSTS) certification.
