Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clientele, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your main duties will include greeting customers, assisting them with product inquiries, and guiding them through the purchasing process. You will also handle transactions at the register, maintain accurate cash management, and ensure that the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.

In addition to customer interaction, you will assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting regular inventory checks. Collaborating with team members to execute promotional displays and special events will also be a key part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is preferred, but a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are essential.
