Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Retail Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and staff. Your primary duties will include monitoring premises, preventing theft and vandalism, and enforcing store policies to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will patrol the store regularly, observe customer behavior, and identify suspicious activities that could lead to loss or harm.

The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be responsible for responding to emergencies, assisting in incident investigations, and preparing detailed reports on any security breaches. Collaboration with store management and local law enforcement may also be required, so excellent communication skills are essential. A valid security license and previous experience in retail security or a related field is preferred.
