Part Time Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Part-Time Retail Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for both customers and staff. Your primary duties will include monitoring store premises, conducting regular patrols, and implementing loss prevention strategies to deter theft and vandalism. You will also be tasked with observing customer behavior and ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.

As a key member of our security team, you will respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, documenting any occurrences and preparing detailed reports. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with customers, staff, and law enforcement when necessary. A proactive approach and strong attention to detail are vital to successfully identify suspicious activities and ensure a safe shopping experience. Previous experience in retail security or a related field is preferred, along with a valid security license. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is essential for this part-time position.
