Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the effective operation and maintenance of our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and efficient environment for all staff and visitors. Your primary duties will include managing facility maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for budgeting and financial management related to facilities operations, as well as negotiating contracts with service providers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will oversee daily operations, conduct regular inspections, and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and ensure that facilities support their activities. A relevant degree or certification in facilities management or a related field, along with several years of experience in a similar role, is highly desirable.
