As part of this continued growth, there is a key opportunity for a Senior Associate or Partner-level Commercial lawyer to play a central role in the development of the practice.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic hire within a well-established Commercial team advising on a broad range of matters, including:

• Complex commercial contracts (supply, distribution, outsourcing)
• Technology, IT and software agreements
• IP licensing and brand exploitation
• Digital, data and e-commerce arrangements
• Strategic partnerships and joint ventures

At this level, you will take on a lead advisory role, working closely with key clients while also contributing to the ongoing growth and direction of the practice.
