Warehouse Operative with FLT
Location: Deeside
Pay Rate: £19.23 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Contract Type: Full-time
Working Pattern: 4-day working week

The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with an FLT licence to join a busy automotive warehouse based in Deeside.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate and a great work-life balance, working Monday to Thursday with every Friday off.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring automotive parts are stored, picked, packed and prepared accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Stocking and replenishing warehouse shelves
  
  
• Picking automotive parts accurately using warehouse systems or pick lists
  
  
• Packing orders securely and preparing them for dispatch
  
  
• Operating an FLT to move, load and unload stock
  
  
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies
  
  
• Checking products for damage or quality issues
  
  
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
  
  
• Supporting other warehouse duties as required
  
  
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a valid and in-date FLT licence
  
  
• Previous experience working within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
  
  
• Experience with picking and packing is desirable
  
  
• Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Comfortable handling automotive parts and completing manual duties
  
  
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
