As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Learn how to develop new business across multiple trades and sectors (temporary and permanent roles)
- Support in building and managing long-term client relationships
- Learn how to source and attract candidates through networking, advertising and search methods
- Be trained in delivering the full 360° recruitment process
- Work closely with experienced consultants who will mentor and support your development
What We’re Looking For:
- A background in a customer-related role
- A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong relationship-building and organisational skills
- Ambition, resilience and a genuine drive to succeed
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Full UK Driving Licence
