A well-established international business is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to move into a commercially focused role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, you'll provide meaningful financial insight, support strategic decision-making, and help drive performance through robust analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver financial analysis and performance reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
• Produce KPI reporting and identify key business trends
• Assist with month-end processes and management reporting
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and reporting processes
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and business performance reviews

About You

• ACCA or CIMA finalist, newly qualified, or recently qualified
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience within management accounts, financial analysis, or commercial finance is advantageous
