Web & Email Designer (12 month FTC)

We are seeking a talented Web & Email Designer for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web pages and email templates that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and development to ensure that all digital communications are engaging, effective, and optimized for various devices. Your expertise in design software and web development tools will be essential in executing high-quality deliverables that enhance user experience.

Your primary duties will include designing responsive web layouts, crafting compelling email campaigns, and maintaining our digital content library. You will also conduct A/B testing to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and email marketing best practices is crucial, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. Additionally, you will stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital presence remains innovative and competitive.
