We are looking to recruit a Reablement Support Worker at Bradley reablement residential setting working with vulnerable adults who have suffered an accident or short-term illness, teaching them skills to enable them to perform everyday tasks and help them regain their confidence and independence. This is an incredibly rewarding role where you can gain valuable experience while helping to change someone's life.
This is a permanent role and is shift based, working 5 days out of 7, totalling 25 hours.
People that stay at Bradley RC do so for short periods between 3-4 weeks. During that time they participate in planned rehabilitation plans derived from our on-site health therapist team before returning home.

Our working arrangements
All council roles are allocated to either a fixed, field or flexible work style.
