Technical Support

The Technical Support Team is the first point of contact and they work hard to deliver an excellent support experience.

Main responsibilities of the role are: –

• Answering incoming customer calls and responding to live chats
• Responding to and managing support tickets via Zendesk
• Owning assigned tickets and keeping customer information of progress
• • Accurately logging all queries and issues on the ticketing system
• Providing remote support while following documented processes
• Guiding customers through solutions and training materials, promoting self-service where appropriate
• Building strong knowledge of our products and services
• Contributing to support documentation and knowledge base content
• Working towards individual and team KPIs

Hours are 8am – 5pm – Monday to Friday

Salary is £29k rising to £30k after probation
