Service Delivery Analyst / Servicedesk

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to end users across various technology stack components.
• Execute assigned tasks efficiently, adhering to established instructions and processes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused support for pay & bill systems including payroll, invoicing, and timesheet processing queries.
• Apply a finance mindset ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
• Understand and support end-to-end finance workflows and system dependencies.
• Engage with Finance, Payroll, Billing, and Credit Control stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues using documented processes and knowledge bases.
• Document, triage, and escalate issues when necessary.
