Senior Software Engineer (Product-Focused, FinTech)
Join a fast-growing fintech building the infrastructure powering private market investing for wealth managers and financial institutions. The product tackles complex, data-heavy challenges behind the scenes to make investing more accessible and transparent.
We're looking for a product-minded Senior Engineer to help design and scale a modern platform, working closely with Product and Design to shape what gets built-not just how.
What you'll do
- Build and scale backend-leaning, full-stack systems in a product-driven team
- Partner closely with Product & Design to shape solutions and scope
- Own key technical decisions, from system design to delivery
- Raise the bar on code quality, testing, and engineering standards
- Help evolve how the team builds software, including AI-assisted workflows

- Experience working in product-led, cross-functional teams
