Retail National Account Manager – £50,000 plus bonus based in Hampton, Middlesex
A premium international consumer brand is seeking an experienced Retail National Account Manager to join its growing UK operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven account management professional with a background in retail, premium consumer products, or luxury brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key national retail accounts, developing long-term partnerships, and driving continued growth across the UK market.

The Role
- Manage and develop relationships with major national retail accounts
- Deliver account growth through strategic planning and commercial activity
- Build and implement joint business plans with retail partners
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product
- Support product launches, promotions, and retail initiatives
- Attend client meetings and regular account reviews
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager role
- Background within retail, premium consumer goods, or luxury brands
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Experience managing large retail customers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Well organised and proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence preferred
