We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and nurturing nursery team in Bognor Regis. The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help deliver high-quality early years education and care while building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities
Creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment
Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress
Planning and delivering age-appropriate learning experiences
Building positive relationships with parents and carers
Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, health, safety, and wellbeing
Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain outstanding practice
Promoting children’s independence, confidence, and social development

What We’re Looking For
Essential:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education
A genuine passion for working with young children
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of the EYFS framework
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare

Desirable:

Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of supporting children with additional needs
Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain)
