About the Role

Working closely with colleagues across Key Stage 2, you will contribute to the school’s collaborative culture and ensure that every child receives the support they need to achieve their potential.
Responsibilities

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment
Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress
Differentiating learning to meet a range of abilities and needs
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff
Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Contributing to the wider life of the school community
Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and personal development

The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has experience teaching within primary education
Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
Has high expectations for all learners
Is passionate about delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Is flexible, proactive, and able to hit the ground running
