Job Title: Site Electrician

Location: Shoreham‑by‑Sea

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Skilled Site Electrician to support electrical maintenance and repairs across a busy industrial environment within a company that specialises in the the manufacture of high-performance automotive engines and other products. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their industrial experience while working across a range of electrical and control systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding and repairs
• Support site operations to ensure systems run safely and efficiently
• Work across a range of electrical and control systems
• Maintain compliance with health & safety standards
• Complete reports and documentation using computer systems
• Support occasional out‑of‑hours work when required

What You'll Need to Succeed

Essential:

• Experience as an electrician in an industrial or commercial environment - purely experience in residential electrics cannot be considered
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
• Strong fault‑finding and maintenance skills
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Basic computer skills for reporting

Desirable:

• Inspection & Testing (C&G 2391 or equivalent)
• Experience with three‑phase motors and control systems
• Background in facilities or multi‑site environments
• IPAF, PASMA or working at height certifications
