Mechanical Erection Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Erection Supervisor to oversee and coordinate mechanical installation activities at various project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the erection of mechanical systems, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications. Key responsibilities include managing on-site personnel, coordinating with engineering teams, and maintaining open communication with project management to ensure timelines and budgets are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical construction and installation, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills.

In this role, you will be tasked with conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety protocols. You will also be expected to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and implement corrective actions as needed. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including piping, HVAC, and equipment assembly, is crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting daily reports on project status and resource allocation. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with relevant certifications, will be highly regarded.
