Sharepoint Administrator

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SharePoint environment, ensuring optimal performance and availability. You will work closely with various departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for document management, collaboration sites, and workflows. Your expertise will also help in troubleshooting issues, applying updates, and monitoring system health to provide a seamless experience for users.

Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing SharePoint sites, developing and managing site collections, and implementing security policies to safeguard sensitive information. You will also be tasked with providing training and support to staff, creating user documentation, and developing solutions that enhance productivity. In addition to technical skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential as you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful SharePoint initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, administration, and development, along with experience in PowerShell scripting. A background in managing SharePoint Online as part of Microsoft 365 is highly desirable.
