Senior Group Reporting Accounting

Location: Tamworth
Salary: £50,000-£65,000 per year (DOE)

We're recruiting a qualified Senior Accountant to join a Group Finance - Consolidation & Reporting team. You'll help deliver accurate, timely month-end and group reporting across a large multi-entity structure, working closely with over 40 legal entities and key internal stakeholders under IFRS.

What you'll be doing

• Liaising day-to-day with group legal entities, issuing reporting instructions and resolving submission queries
• Providing technical support for submissions within Tagetik
• Reviewing month-end and periodic entity reports, validating accuracy and completeness
• Supporting consolidated reporting packs and commentary for senior stakeholders
• Helping maintain and administer the consolidation tool structure and data, plus delivering user training where needed
• Providing IFRS insight and guidance across the business
• Driving continuous improvement across reporting processes (standardisation, automation, simplification)
• Supporting ad-hoc finance projects

What we're looking for

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and consolidated reporting in a group finance environment
• Up to 5 years' PQE in industry (or similar relevant experience)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Strong systems/IT capability with consolidation/reporting tools
