Warehouse Supervisor – Nights

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established international logistics business that specialises in temperature-controlled freight. With continued growth and investment at its Heathrow operation, we’re recruiting experienced Warehouse Supervisors to join the team.

This is a hands-on supervisory role where you’ll lead by example, support your team and ensure warehouse operations run safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising warehouse operations across your shift.
• Leading, motivating and allocating work to warehouse staff.
• Managing the receipt, storage and dispatch of temperature-controlled products.
• Ensuring all warehouse documentation, stock records and temperature checks are completed accurately.
• Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, food safety and warehouse security.
• Working closely with transport, distribution and operational teams to keep freight moving efficiently.
• Investigating and resolving day-to-day operational issues while delivering excellent customer service.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Warehouse Operative.
• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Experience within logistics, distribution, food, air cargo or temperature-controlled warehousing.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced operational environment.
