Forklift Driver

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised logistics business, considered to be the leader in its field. The pay rate is £14.29 per hour. The role of Warehouse Operative is based in Mendlesham, near Stowmarket.

Shifts for Forklift Driver:

• 06:00 – 14:00 Monday to Friday or
• 14:30 – 23:00 Monday to Thursday and 14:10 – 22:40 Fridays

Pay:

• £14.29 per hour
• Paid weekly

Main Duties of Forklift Driver:

• Checking and storing incoming goods and stock
• Using automatic and manual packing machines, scales and printing devices
• Adherence to the company’s health & safety policies, processes, and procedures
• Check and inspect goods received against receive orders on the WMS
• Select space for storage and place goods in designated areas
• Loading and unloading lorries in a safe and timely manner
• Observe and comply with all good working practices within the warehouse
