Associate Director - Quantity Surveying

Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join a highly reputable, award-winning Construction Consultancy based in Birmingham.

Please note – an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Cost Manager seeking the next stage of their career will also be considered for this vacancy for the Associate Director Quantity Surveying role.

ROLE

As Associate Director Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will be wide and varied, to include the day to day operational and project tasks with strategic input as required.

Managing projects from inception to completion in a lead capacity
Providing leadership and mentoring members of staff including juniors and apprentices
Client facing to develop new business and maintain existing relationships
Providing services such as cost estimates, cost planning, tendering, bills of quantities, final accounts, post contract duties, value engineering, fund monitoring and business cases etc.
