Atkins Search are a market leading specialist Recruitment Consultancy for the Built Environment. We work in partnership with our clients and candidates to provide an outstanding level of service.

As we approach our 10th year in business, we currently have an opportunity for a Business Manager to lead our Freelance and Temporary appointments team. The role will entail working closely with our established client base who are the region’s leading Construction Contractors, Consultancies, Engineers and Developers to attract talent to their businesses.

We are viewed by our clients as the “Go To” business for the region, so they are very receptive to relationship building and a service based on quality over quantity.

ROLE

You will be joining us to take over a busy Business that has huge potential to grow with the right recruitment professional at the head of the team. We have the clients and the candidates, we now need the right leader to build a team around the discipline.

In the role, you will develop and implement a long-term strategy for the growth of the Division.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build and develop candidate and client relationships

· Research to understand the sector and locations in which you recruit to identify clients

· Create and implement candidate attraction strategies

· Attend and chair meetings in a consultative manner

· Recognise and strive to meet client's hiring needs

· Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond

· Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
