Associate Director Project Manager

OVERVIEW

Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an Associate Director Project Manager to join a market leading Construction Consultancy based in Nottingham.

My client provides a variety of Project Management and Cost Management services to national, blue chip clients and developers across all built environment and infrastructure sectors.

CLIENT

ROLE

As Associate Director Project Manager, you will play an integral part within the Project Management team. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects as Client Lead, mentoring and leading the team as well as generating new business and work winning opportunities for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Associate Director, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Supporting Directors in delivering business plan objectives
Deliver an unrivalled level of service to clients to develop and maintain existing client relationships
Manage large, complex projects and/or programmes on time and on budget, acting as Client Lead
Administering contracts as contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager
Mentoring and coaching the internal Project Management team to evolve and develop the existing team
Any adhoc duties as required
REMUNERATION
