Associate Director Quantity Surveyor

OVERVIEW

Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join a market leading Construction Consultancy based in Nottingham.

My client provides a variety of Cost Management, Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to national, blue chip clients and developers across all built environment and infrastructure sectors.

CLIENT

My client is a well-established, market leading Construction Consultancy who pride themselves on their collaborative culture, quality of service and dedication to their people.

As a Construction Consultancy, they provide multi-disciplinary Cost Management, Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services to national blue chip clients and developers across the property, construction, infrastructure and civil engineering sectors.

ROLE

As Associate Director Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral part within the Cost Management team. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects as Client Lead, mentoring and leading the team as well as generating new business and work winning opportunities for the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Associate Director Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Supporting Directors in delivering business plan objectives
Deliver an unrivalled level of service to clients to develop and maintain existing client relationships
Manage large, complex projects and/or programmes on time and on budget, acting as Client Lead
Mentoring and coaching the internal Cost Management team to evolve and develop the existing team
Any adhoc duties as required
REMUNERATION
