Our client is an award winning Leeds based Construction Consultancy of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers who provide a variety of Quantity Surveying services within Healthcare, Leisure, Residential, Education, Commercial and many more exciting sectors.

Role

As a Construction Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in working across a wide variety of large, exciting projects across both public and private sectors. Due to continued growth and business development, our client is actively recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in their Leeds office.

Responsibilities

As a Construction Quantity Surveyor with a Leeds based Construction Consultancy, you will be required to deliver and demonstrate a variety of Quantity Surveying responsibilities across an array of Construction Projects. As Quantity Surveyor, you’re responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Cost planning
Cost management
Value engineering
Tender management
Financial reporting
Budget management
Employers agent
Valuations
Person

Employed by an award-winning, national leading Construction Consultancy based in Leeds, the ideal Quantity Surveyor must be able to portray the following:

Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of cost management services
MRICS chartered or working towards
Strong commercial awareness
