Role

This role offers a great opportunity to develop as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, and assist with wider business operations such as attending various networking events and major client meetings etc.

In addition, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the following:

Providing general Cost Management services from inception to completion
Cost planning
Cost management
Value engineering
Tender analysis
Financial reporting
Completing valuations
Overseeing and mentoring junior members of staff including assistants and apprentices
Person

To be successful in application for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you must:

Demonstrate a history of leading, managing, and overseeing projects
Build and maintain client relationships
Have prior experience in managing Junior/Assistant Quantity Surveyors
Provide support and mentorship
RICS Chartered or at least working towards
Remuneration
